ocha tsuke (お茶漬け)
There are some packets of cha-tsuke mix in the kitchen, and I have been using them with leftover rice for a quick meal – breakfast or lunch. It is essentially adding tea to rice.
The mix comes in individual packets. Here I am using brown rice.
